Terms of Use
This page is maintained by DomainLanders.com to explain the rules for using the platform, listing domains, and buying or selling domains.
Last updated: July 21, 2026.
Rules for using the platform
These terms are between you and DomainLanders.com. They explain what you can expect from the platform and what we expect from you. Please read them carefully. If you use the platform, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DomainLanders.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
About the platform
DomainLanders.com is a platform that helps domain owners create professional domain landers and connect with potential buyers. We do not buy, sell, broker, or transfer domains ourselves. Each domain is owned and listed by an independent seller. Transactions and payments are handled between buyers and sellers directly, or through third-party escrow services chosen by the parties.
Account registration
To list domains or access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. Free accounts are limited to 10 domains. Premium accounts may list up to 5,000 or more domains depending on the subscription plan.
Domain listings and seller responsibilities
When you list a domain, you represent that you own the domain or have the legal right to sell it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, including the price, description, and category. Listings must not infringe on trademarks or intellectual property rights, must not contain illegal content, and must not be misleading. You must maintain control of the domain and follow the verification steps required by the platform, including TXT record verification. We may remove or suspend listings that violate these rules.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before purchasing a domain. This includes verifying ownership, checking the domain history, and confirming the seller's identity. DomainLanders.com is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the quality of domains, or the actions of sellers. We strongly recommend using a reputable escrow service for every transaction and never sending money directly to a seller.
Payments, subscriptions, and escrow
Subscription fees for premium accounts are billed through PayPal or another payment provider. Domain sales are handled directly between buyers and sellers, or through third-party escrow services. DomainLanders.com does not hold buyer funds, act as a merchant of record, or process domain purchase payments. Sellers are responsible for choosing and managing their own escrow arrangements. Buyers and sellers are responsible for any fees charged by their chosen escrow or payment provider.
Offers and negotiations
The platform may allow buyers to submit offers or inquiries to sellers. Offers are not binding contracts until both parties agree to the terms and complete the transaction through their chosen payment or escrow method. Sellers may accept, reject, or counter offers at their discretion. DomainLanders.com is not a party to any offer or negotiation and does not guarantee that any offer will result in a sale.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, to distribute malware, to send spam, to harass other users, to list domains you do not own, or to misrepresent the value or ownership of a domain. You may not attempt to interfere with the platform's security, access data that does not belong to you, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Intellectual property
The DomainLanders.com name, logo, design, and software are owned by DomainLanders.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission. Sellers retain ownership of their own content, including domain listings and portfolio content, but grant DomainLanders.com a license to display that content as needed to operate the platform.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or if required by law. You may also close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends, but any obligations that arose before termination, such as payment obligations or pending transactions, will survive.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful content. We are not responsible for any losses related to the sale, purchase, or transfer of a domain, including failed transactions, disputes, or fraudulent activity. Domain sales and transfers are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DomainLanders.com and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform or any domain transaction. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to DomainLanders.com in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DomainLanders.com harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the platform, your listings, your violation of these terms, or any transaction or dispute involving a domain you listed or purchased through the platform.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DomainLanders.com operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction. Before filing a formal claim, we encourage users to contact us to attempt an informal resolution.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. We use cookies and similar technologies to support authentication, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site.
